Candidate search & filters

By using keyword searches, filters, and saved filter views, users can quickly identify suitable candidates and streamline candidate screening.
• Search within candidate documents for keywords and skills
Key in the keywords or skillsets on the search bar to search for keywords across the candidate CV, application form and other attachments. Indicate whether the searched terms should all be within the candidate’s data, by using the “AND” conditional search, or if you would like to search for candidates that have either one of the keywords / skillsets by indicating the search criteria as “OR”.

• Creating filters
Create a smart way to filter candidates by implementing a filter view that can be used to screen for candidates according to your pre-set criteria.
1. Click on the Filters tab on the left to show the filters
2. Click Add Filter
3. Choose filter (e.g. Nationality) and indicate filter terms (e.g. “ Singapore”) and click Apply
4. You can choose to chain multiple filters by clicking on Add Filter to chain on another filter type / criteria

• Saving filters as a filter view
Set a pre-set criteria for candidates that can help you screen through new candidates easily regardless of the application volume.
1. Once you have created your filters, click “Save View as..” and name your filter view
2. The next time you want to screen through candidates in accordance to the pre-set criteria, simply click to launch your filter view - Candidates that match your filter criteria will be displayed.

To screen candidates using your saved filters, simply click the Select View dropdown and choose your desired view.

To delete a saved filter view, select it from the dropdown list, click Delete View, then confirm by selecting Yes.
