In some cases, PDF files may fail to upload during the job application process.

This is typically due to our security measures, which scan uploaded PDF files for potentially malicious content. Files containing corrupted or unsupported metadata may be blocked during the upload process.

To resolve this issue:

  • Open the file on your computer.

  • Use the Save As function to save the file as a new file.

  • Upload the newly saved file when submitting your application.

Resaving the file creates a fresh version of the file and may remove any corrupted metadata that is preventing the upload.
