Scheduling an interview

Permission level required: ✅ System Administrators, Entity Managers, Job Owners, or Full Access

Users with the required permission level can schedule an interview for a candidate and optionally send an interview invitation by email.

  • Click Schedule Interview for the relevant candidate > complete the required information in the Schedule Interview dialog.

  • To create the interview appointment:

    • Click Apply & Send Email to create the appointment and send an interview invitation to the candidate or

    • click Apply to create the appointment without sending an email.

  • If Apply & Send Email is selected:

    • Indicate the Sender.

    • Set the Template Type to Candidate Interview Scheduled > Scheduled Candidate Interview email template > the system will automatically populate the interview details in the email.

    • Click Preview to review the email > Send.
