Users with the required permission level can configure various business entity settings, including application forms, questionnaires, and organizational settings.
Setting your company’s privacy policy
Adopt a culture of transparency and allow candidates to understand how you are going to safeguard the application data you have received from them for the purpose of recruitment.
Click on the building icon > Business Entity > Manage Settings.
On the left hand panel, click on Personalization Settings > Career Portal.
Under the section “Application Form Consent Statement”, highlight the phrase “Personal Data Privacy Statement” and click on the link icon to indicate the URL to your company’s Personal Data Privacy and make sure that the Target is set to “New Window”.
Click Ok > Save to complete the change.

Setting application form logo
Click on the building icon > Business Entity > Manage Settings.
On the left hand panel, click on Personalization Settings > Career Portal.
Under the section “Login Screen Image”, click Select Files and upload the image (recommended image size: 300 × 300 pixels).
Click Ok > Save to complete the change.

Setting email header
Click on the building icon > Business Entity > Manage Settings.
On the left hand panel, click on Personalization Settings > Email.
Under the section “Email Header Logo”, click Select Files and upload the image (recommended image size: 400 × 136 pixels).
Click Ok > Save to complete the change.

Editing company profile
Click on the building icon > Business Entity
Click View > Actions button on the right panel > Edit Business Entity
Make the necessary changes > Save.

Adding departments
Click on the building icon > Business Entity > Manage Settings.
On the left hand panel, click on Departments.
Click the Add Department button to add departments > fill out the details > Add.

Adding offices
Click on the building icon > Business Entity > Manage Settings.
On the left hand panel, click on Offices.
Click the Add Office > fill out the details > Add.

Customizing application forms
Click on the building icon > Business Entity > Manage Settings.
On the left hand panel, click on Application Forms > Manage Fields
Click on the section to show the input fields in the section.
To make the input field compulsory, click on the asterisk icon; to hide the input field, click on the cross icon; To show the input field as an optional field, click on the tick icon.
Click Save to complete the change.

Customizing job application questionnaire
Click on the building icon > Business Entity > Manage Settings.
On the left hand panel, click on Questionnaires > Job Application Questionnaires > Add Questionnaire.
Fill out the details > Add.
Click Manage Questions > Add > fill out the details > Apply
Click Save to complete the change.

Customizing candidate review
Click on the building icon > Business Entity > Manage Settings.
On the left hand panel, click on Questionnaires > Review Questionnaires > Manage Questions on the default review questionnaire.
Click Add > fill out the details > Apply.
