Repost an expired job
Permission level required: ✅ System Administrators, Entity Managers, Job Owners or Full Access.

A Job Opportunity remains active in the system until it is manually closed. However, the job postings associated with it (for example, on JobStreet or MyCareersFuture) may expire based on the respective job portal's posting duration.
If a job posting has expired and the position has not yet been filled, users with the required permissions can repost the job to the desired job portal(s).
To repost an expired job, users with the required permissions may do the following steps:
Click View Job Postings for the relevant job opportunity > Add Job Postings > select the job portal(s) where you would like to repost the job.
Click Next > Next > Submit.
